1. Overview

The New Business Start-up Package is a once-off engagement that gets your business legally registered, branded, and ready to trade. Ideal for first-time founders and side-hustles becoming full-time ventures. Optional 12-month support is available at R499/month.

  • CIPC company registration (Pty) Ltd

  • SARS tax registration & Tax Clearance Certificate (PIN)
  • BEE Affidavit / EME Certificate

  • Trademark guidance (search & recommendation)
  • Domain registration & one-page website setup
  • Personalised business email (1 mailbox)
  • HR templates pack — employment contract, offer letter, leave forms
  • Introductory marketing support — basic logo & social profile setup
  • Maestro Assist Virtual Assistant — basic access (60 days)

3. Optional Add-Ons

4. Timeline

  • Day 1–2: Onboarding call, document collection, name reservation
  • Day 3–7: CIPC registration & beneficial ownership filing
  • Day 8–14: SARS registration, BEE affidavit, domain & email setup
  • Day 15–21: Website launch, HR templates, business plan handover
  • Total turnaround: ~3 weeks (subject to CIPC & SARS processing times)

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide certified copies of ID for all directors
  • Provide proof of address (not older than 3 months)
  • Choose 4 proposed company names (in order of preference)
  • Provide content & images for the website
  • Respond to information requests within 48 hours to keep timeline on track

6. Terms

  • Once-off fee: R2,850 payable upfront via PayFast or EFT
  • CIPC & SARS statutory fees included
  • Domain renewal & hosting after year 1 billed separately
  • Work commences once payment reflects and onboarding documents are received
  • Refunds not available once CIPC submission has been lodged
